Loved the location. Easy to walk to nearly anything you would want. Service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was cute and clean. The tap water had floaters every time I tried to get a drink of water. The hot water was like warm and the last 2 nights I stayed, the hot water wasn't even warm enough for a quick shower. There was little sound proofing. We could hear everything around us. Weither it was from other rooms or the hallway, we could hear full conversation. Other than the noise and water issues, it was a nice stay.

Just stayed here for four days and nights and it was so lovely! The room setup felt like a little apartment and had everything I could ever need. Very comfy couch and beds. Didn't get to do dinner but breakfast was amazing every time. Pool is indoors and heated and the bathroom there is heated as well so you can transition back into cooler weather comfortably. Settled into a strip mall with food and shops easily walked to. and laundry is free!! Amazing!

We stayed here and our experience was good. We had a short stay (arrived at 11:00 at night and left at 9:00 in the morning) and we said we would stay here again. There was a courtyard with what looked like fire pits, patios, and seating. We didn’t get to the pool but they do have one. The location was only six minutes away from Western so it was convenient.

This hotel was fantastic for our long stay. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and they give you a variety of pillows to choose from. I also appreciate the decorated shower/toilet from the bathroom sink area. If you wanted to cook you had everything you would need except the groceries. Housekeeping was great and the breakfast was nice. Three nights a week they also have a social with appetizers. We didn't use the pool, but it is inside. I did use the laundry several times and it was very clean. I only had a few issues during our stay. If you are a late sleeper you may not have really hot water, by generally in the mornings it was great. You do need to really turn the faucet in the shower, however, to get it. I would suggest either better lights by the sink mirror or a separate magnifying mirror. As a woman with nearsightedness, putting on makeup was a little difficult. The light in by the shower was brighter. I was disappointed several times coming back to the hotel at night to be hit with the smell of marijuana downstairs. I realize you can't judge a hotel by every person that stays there. Since it was snowing, I'm guessing they choose to smoke inside.

This is one of the better hotel stays I've experienced! We originally booked Delta Hotels, 2miles down the road from here. They checked us in then told us the pool was closed. Frustrated, we called STAYBRIDGE. ZEUS was very understanding, friendly and accommodating. He hooked us up right away! The hotel was very clean and comfy. Fireplace in the main area, with ample seating. The beds were so comfy! The mini kitchen was very nice and clean (included a medium size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dining table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and updated sink sprayer). The bathroom was small but the shower/tub was spacious. The pool was on the smaller side, but it was nice and warm! Breakfast was the biggest hotel breakfast I've ever seen. So many options and everything was so good! Breakfast attendant was very sweet and friendly. LOTS of nearby dining options. We are SO glad we ended up here instead of Delta. 100% would recommend and stay here again!

I just wanted to take a moment to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. From the manager to Zeus at the front desk, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. A few days before arriving, I called and spoke with the manager to ask if it would be okay for my daughter, who had just turned 16, to have a slumber party at the hotel. She was so pleasant and reassuring, letting me know it would be perfectly fine, which I truly appreciated. When we arrived, Zeus I believe that is his name. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He greeted me with a handshake, had an amazing attitude, and made us feel genuinely at home from the moment we walked in. He encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything, and that level of hospitality meant so much to us. Our room was nice and clean overall. The only small suggestion I would offer for housekeeping is to check underneath the pull-out couch mattress, as there were a few crumbs left from a previous stay. Aside from that minor detail, everything was well maintained. Overall, the hotel was very kid-friendly, and the staff created such a warm and comfortable environment. One of the most special moments was walking through the hallways and seeing my daughter’s name displayed on the fireplace with a “Happy Birthday” message — it was absolutely beautiful and such a thoughtful touch. We truly felt right at home and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much to the Staybridge staff for helping make my daughter’s 16th birthday sleepover so special and memorable!

I was in a middle of a snowstorm on Monday and Zeus was one of the first ones to warmly greet me. He had my information all ready to go and the room was nice. Basically a mini apartment considering how long I had to stay. I loved the socials (Monday through Wednesday night) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed from Monday afternoon to Saturday morning (6 days and 5 nights). My stay was quite enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience from the warm greeting by the front desk to the lovely atmosphere created by the happy hour hostess, looking after the guests making sure there were snacks for all. The bed was just so comfortable as were the pillows. I did not want to get up! The layout of the room is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We hit the Trader Joe’s a block away and were able to cook a great dinner. The pool area was clean and well stocked with towels, the water was comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. They also greeted us as Platinum Elite members with a point bonus and a room upgrade which was so nice.
